We are excited to offer a weekend in Broken Bow coupled with Beginner & Intermediate Mahjong Training. 

🗓 Event Itinerary

Friday, 

• 4:00 PM – Cabin Check-In at Pine Lake Broken Bow – Official first meet is at 7:00pm but you will be able to check into your cabin by 4:00. Your bed assignments will already be confirmed before anyone arrives.
• 7:00 PM – Meet & Greet at the Clubhouse
  Enjoy a welcome drink and snack, meet your fellow players, and settle in for a cozy night at your cabin.
  Learn messy mahjong - to take back to the cabin for open play.

Saturday, 

• 9:00 AM – Champagne Brunch at the Clubhouse
• 10:00 AM-1:00pm – Mahjong Teaching Sessions Begin
  We’ll split into two learning groups for personalized instruction.
• 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Free Time & Lunch Break
  Explore Hochatown, grab lunch locally, or relax at your cabin. you can explore the area. There are many hikes, trails, and the clubhouse on property, should you choose not to go off property to explore. The town has a new casino, many places to shop, eat, and explore. There are several coffee shops, candy stores, as well as some adventurous activities such as ziplining, ATVs, and more.
• 3:15 PM  – Optional Wine Tasting at Girls Gone Wine 🍷
  Arrive at 3:00pm.
• 6:00 PM – Evening Play Session (no instruction).
  Join us back at the clubhouse for casual games, and friendly competition.

Sunday, 

• 8:00 – 10:00 AM – Continental breakfast & Coffee at the Clubhouse
  Open tables for casual play (no instruction).
• 11:00 AM – Cabin Checkout & Farewell

Mahjong Studios gear (bags, racks, mats, tiles, and more) will be available for purchase on-site at a special discounted rate. All necessary equipment will be provided during the weekend — no need to bring your own tiles.

The layout:
Cabin will be equipped with a folding table and several other tables to use your skills and play each other in several games of Mahjong. 

PRIZES will be in abundance!

Sleeping arrangements:

Each cabin has a King bedroom on the 1st & 2nd floor with a King bedroom ensuite toilet and shower. This King will be occupied by 2 people. There is a hall entrance from the 2nd floor King to the bathroom from the bunkroom. 

The bunkroom has two oversized twin beds over 2 Queen beds (these will be occupied by 2 people in the queen, 1 in the twin). 

2 additional twin beds are available. 

Cabins have a 3rd story loft.
